What if an officer forgot to read you your rights when arresting for DUI/DWI?

A police officer must read you your Miranda rights if making an arrest for DUI/DWI. However, if the officer does not, it does not mean your case will be dismissed. It simply means that anything you said in the interaction or answers that you gave the officer are inadmissible. You can still be convicted based on your Blood Alcohol Concentration test results and other evidence.
