DayproDaypro, also known as Dayrun and Duraprox, is one of the brand names for Oxaprozinum, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) typically prescribed for inflammation, swelling and stiffness, as well as pain related to arthritis. The drug was developed by Wyeth-Ayerst, patented in 1971 and Daypro came on the U.S. market in 1993. The product is now available in generic form.

Daypro has been linked to a wide range of adverse side effects, including nausea, upset stomach, gas, heartburn, vomiting and bloating. Users have reported headaches, fatigue, nervousness, drowsiness and dizziness. The drug has also been tied to instances of blurred vision, ringing in the ears, increased perspiration, cotton mouth and skin rashes.
